We got Fillet Steak Chinese Style -- meat was very soft; Boneless Chicken with Lemon Sauce -- the large chicken pieces were very moist; and Vegetarian Delight -- big pieces of crispy just-cooked-enough veges. All very generous servings. Also, I asked for a boiled rice, but when I got home I found I’d been given fried rice. I was a bit amused by this. I’m guessing he just heard me say “rice”, and saw I was non-Asian, and his brain went: “fried rice for him”.
